What people are saying...
I'm in Port Douglas at the moment and EJ's is still great. I think Paula is still there too. We had a great Barra meal special there the other week - would highly recommend it!
Have just been reading the accolades for E.J's and couldn't agree more, we have lived in Port Douglas since 2002 and frequent E.J's for breakfast and even dinner, when we crave some of the best fish and chips in Australasia. Yes Paula is the best, where else in the world can you get a staff member like her, she must be pretty happy with her work environment and the great managers she has, which in turn creates a great atmosphere for dining. The standard of the food is always consistantly excellent, not to forget the great service.
A meal at E.J's is a must when visiting Port Douglas.
The best Fish N' chips in the world. I was eating here for breakfast they are so good. Also try the potato scallop it is delicious. The waitress Paula is the nicest person on the planet. The place is clean and the food fantastic.
I highly recommend this place

I go to EJ's every time I go to Port Douglas!
It is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I especially love their honey coconut prawns - yum. They also have great fish and chips and burgers.
Definitely the place to go for a good value meal and a nice cold beer or wine. They even have cocktails too!
Have your say...

Overpriced,over-oily,over-rated fish and chips no family packs and the man who served us was rude to my children
