I love the Caesar salad pizza!! Margarita pizza with calamari Caesar salad on top :) my two favorite foods together!! Iv also had the fajitas which were spectacular and also the salmon pasta! It's all great

I dont live in cairns but tosca's is always the first stop on holiday as soon as we arrive. Would fly from brisbane for the day just to eat there.

All i have to say is that Tosca's is absolutely amazing! i love it! 5 stars! I will go back again and again and again! :)

My family and I always go to Tosca to dine out, I hate the foodcourt and cant stand most of the restaurants here in cairns. I am a very fussy person to please when it comes to food and service because I am Sicilian. Tosca gets high points from me. we love it and its children friendly. Their salmon is amazing and their pancakes are orgasmic!! I also love the fact that I can see the chefs at work.There are no words to describe Tosca, just mmmmmm!!

A good quality restaurant in an unexpected location, inside a shopping centre!

My partner and I enjoyed the chicken fajitas and the lentil & zucchini fritters for lunch. Both dishes were tasty and well presented, and the portions were more than adequate.

The big surprise though was the superb coffee. The barista, Paul, is outstanding and really knows his stuff.

toscas is always great for a fantastic brekky, a decent lunch at a good price and a bloody good dinner. I recommend the reef and beef, or the lasagna, it's all good! Been back many times and always happy!

Tosca's is very family friendly, with great service and great prices. We love breakfast there and it is always a pleasant surprise at the till. Thank you Tosca's, we will keep coming back.

I worked here for a couple of months in 2004 and the food was fab, I happily had 2 free meals a day here during my shifts! Jim was running it then.

I love this place... yummy steaks and the only place I've found that has Bernaise sauce... and the chips!! Yum yum!!

Tosca's is fantastic. Great food, great service and friendly atmosphere. Quality, taste and menu variety is brilliant and serving sizes were generous!

The best in town! Recently visited from Townsville and was pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant in a big shopping center. Food and service were awesome. Would highly recommend.

Have been there a couple of times and would have to say it is one of the best Italian restuarants that I have been to, they have really yummy breakies, great staff and reasonable prices.

Tosca is amazing! The staff there are incredible and the food is even better I'd reccomend the Caesar Pizza Salad which is a unique combination of pizza, caesar salad and calamari. You can't go wrong with anything you choose there!

the steak is the best in cairns. and jimmy would have to be the most friendly host ever to meet.

I love Tosca's awesome movie deal, and always make sure I dine before going to the movies. It's such a good saving! I love their flat bread & dips starter, the olive tapanade is sensational!

James is right, the cajun reef fish and prawns is a spectacular dish! The fish & prawns is on a caesar salad bed... a very simple but tasty dish, at a good price. Well worth a visit to Tosca just for this dish.

Try the pepperoni pizza here, it is splendid! The cajun reef fish is also worth trying.
