Our Cairns Dining aficionados are constantly on the lookout for hot restaurants that inspire top quality dining with all the trimmings. From week to week our tastes change, but our expectations of consistent excellence remain relentless, so we've established this 'Restaurant of the Week' section that lists our preferred restaurants in Cairns...until next week! Cairns Family Friendly Restaurant

Cairns restaurants that fall under the 'Family Friendly' category range in scope from fun themed restaurants primarily catering to kids, to classy restaurants that have a children's menu. Dining out with your family is supposed to be fun. It a great opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy a ‘breath of fresh air’. In addition, dining in a public area with children is one of the best ways to teach them etiquette and manners.

Cairns Takeaway

Many North Queensland takeaway shops sell the standard fare: crusty meat pies, deep fried anythings and a selection of sugary drinks. But occasionally a takeaway shop will rise from the ordinary and offer a selection of quicky prepared food that is a wonderful treat.
