Vivo Bar & Grill

Vivo Bar and Grill was without a doubt one of the best restaurants i have ever been to! I just got back from palm cove recently and i had dinner there 3 times in 12 days, and i had the same main every time - the Al Maccheroni pasta with white wine and cream sauce and peas it was delicious. The staff are all super friendly and every day i would pop in to grab a Chai Latte (the best chai lattes in the world!) The hand cut paprika chips are delicious and so is all the desserts -chocolate souffle- yumm! Also the garlic bread is so cool it is toasted ciabatta and then there is pieces of garlic warmed so you can spread tehm yourself then you get to add your cheese (SO MUCH FUN!!) on one particular day i went into this restaurant 6 times for food and drinks! All i can say is that this restaurant was amazing and if your in palm cove you would be crazy not to go there!

This place is GREAT! Probably the best place to chose if you want dinner on Williams Esplanade. I mean come on, it's right on the beach! I loved the food, location, style, the lot! I give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5! They cater well for kids.

I've dined at Palm Cove and Cairns restaurants many times but I'd have to say Vivo is by far the best. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. An amazing restaurant with an unbeatable view! When in Cairns you simply cannot go past a night or two at Vivo.

I dined there in a small group last night. I found the food to be well to the fore compared with other Cairns establishments, (I'm a local) with a very innovative menu. It was attractively presented and reasonably priced. Great mussels and wagyu beef. I thought the service was a bit hit and miss and too informal for my liking. You can get away with informal if it's also professional. The setting is great and the building is a very attractive modern interpretation of a traditional Queenslander. All up, impressive and I'd return.

The service was great. Very friendly staff who catered to our requests. Meal was fantastic, the cocktails were deliciously freshing. And I definately will be back next time i am on hoildays here!!! Highly recommend.

I have eaten at some great resturants in WA TAS QLD NSW VIC and NT... would have to say this is in the top 2% of great meals I have enjoyed... Service was in the top 2% as well job well done THANKS.

My husband were on our honeymoon and dined at Vivo twice because it was totally fantastic the first time.. the service was absolutely excellent and the food was to die for not to mention the wine list... you just can not go past this restaraunt if you're in Palm Cove... ;-)

A great restaurant. Buzzing, contemporary and I loved the Architecture, a modern twist to classic FNQ. The atmosphere is young and vibrant and service is attentive and friendly. Cocktails to die for, food is delish. A general taste sensation. Best I found at Palm Cove. Good luck Vivo!! See u next time!!
