We have dined at Pensini's several times as we are locals and we have always found the food to be consistently good. We have 2 children in wheelchairs and the staff are always very accommodating and friendly. We take all our southern visitors there for lunch and they are always impressed that we have such a good Restaurant. Yes some of the meals are expensive but you can select other cheaper options if you wish. The only thing I would say on the negative is that if they are busy the service is slow, but each meal is prepared individually to ensure it is at its freshest when it is served, it is always nice to enjoy the view and the beauty of the place. As for the staff being rude..never, they have always been friendly and helpful.

Regarding the 17 people whom dined at Pensinis I'm sorry you had such an unfortunate evening we also had never dined there before but we left feeling like we had discovered something quite special. I would suggest though in fairness to Pensinis - they were obviously fully booked - being an early table we were advised to order fairly early - by the staff - due to the large party arriving at 6.30pm - I can tell you this didn't happen which would explain why it took such a long process for the staff to get their orders they got plenty of drinks as well because their table spent alot of the time at the bar as well as out standing right infront of the restaurant smoking cigarettes and I believe when asked not to do it there, is probably staff being rude - I wonder if these people are aware of new legislation - one would also ask if anyone whom has dined at Pensinis what would you wear to one of your favourite restaurant - certainly not what they did

The food was disgusting and overpriced! Nt a very big selction or choice either! We waited 2 hours, The waite staff were very rude and did not even give us any eye contact. Very disgusted to hear this is supposed to be a very good resturant! Will never return.

I have never been to a restaurant that has no customer service, we booked a table for 17 we had to wait 2 HOURS for our meal, and the meal was appauling, we watched why every one else around us was being served there's even though they came in after us. I will never go back there again, and I will be telling every one about our terrible treatment at this place they call a restaurant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pensini's is one of my favourite restaurants. I have been there for dinner twice and would go more often if it wasn't so far from where I live. The food is unbelievably good and the staff are friendly. The setting is also very relaxing. I'll be going back.

I absolutely loved Pensini's! We weren't sure what to expect when we walked in on a whim one morning for a light lunch, but Pensini's was some of the best food and presentation I have ever had in my entire life, from France to Spain to the U.S. I loved Pensini's!
