Tha Fish

I would like to take the time to thank Carolyn and her staff from Tha Fish restaurant for their efforts running one of the state dinners at a conference we held recently in Cairns.
The staff were under enormous pressure as we had a very short turn around time for the dinners which included a 10 minute break for entertainment where there was to be no service. The staff worked diligently, the food was well presented and all the delegates commented on the quality of both the food and the staff.
It is very difficult under these circumstances to still achieve a quality product, I have no hesitation recommending Tha Fish to anyone whom requires same.
