For all those in Cairns who have to put up with inadequete food and well reported poor service then come out to smithfield and grab some fine tasty takeway that few can find nowadays.

Is the BEST! So Fresh and very tasty! They have a huge selection and you can BYO as well. It is a locals secret spot! (was now everyone knows about it!) Staff are so friendly and the meals are consistantly good. The fit out is simple & cosy, I notice it is also very clean front and back of house. Well done :]

I was first introduced to Veg Out in Thailand by a friend whom I was buying dinner for. The smell was so good I had to have a tatse. After that one taste I made my friend drive back with me and buy myself a meal. They're so tasty and fresh and are guaranteed to fill you up! Its lunchtime now and guess where i'm headed? Veg Out in Thailand :)

My husband and I used to dine at Veg Out in Thailand quite regularly when we were living in Cairns. It has a huge selection of dishes, from vegetarian to meat to seafood. The pad thai, red chicken curry, spicy coconut chicken are some of the fantastic meals available, and you cannot have dinner without the satay chicken starter. The meals are very generous, and if you could possibly fit anything in after your dinner, the kahlua and chocolate cheesecake is an absolute must!! We are now living in Brisbane and have not found another resturant that even compares to Veg out in Thailand. All other places we have tried here are not nearly as fresh and delicious as Veg out. We simply stopped getting thai food in Brisbane because we were constantly disappointed . Everytime we are in Cairns we make sure dine at Veg Out. Basically, nothing else even comes close. If you are a fan of fresh, authentic Thai food, you really can't go past Veg Out in Thailand.
