As a chef myself, this restaurant is what passion and love for food is all about. Craig Squire is a genius when it comes to bush food cooking. With his experience in this feild please go try some of the exceptional food they have on their many changing menus. Always fresh, always exciting.....Congradulations boys, wonderful to see your expansion. Good to see Ian finish his apprenticeship...... Danny

Excellent!!!

This is a very professional outfit, the best quality all round and for experiencing the gastronomic delights of the animals on the Australian coat of arms and may more exotic critters there is nothing better.
