What a find! Risley's was recommended to us by a Herberton local my partner and I had never expected such an outstanding restaurant to be in the middle of a small town. If you're driving through, make a point to stop in. You won't be disappointed. I had a pork leg confit baked with honey and star anise, a spectacular dish!
