It's the best restaurant in Cairns. Especially if you love seafood.

For something to remember, try the Fire & Ice menu at Rydges Esplanade, Coral Hedge Brasserie restaurant. Although I'm a local, and should be trying to keep it quiet, it's absolutely the venue for a top dining experience in town. Fresh Seafood/Steak/Salads all done to perfection..No review can do it justice...Service is always with a smile, and the standard and presentation of the repast is the best that Cairns has to offer. If you want an experience that includes excellent dining, great ambience and exceptional service, then the Coral Hedge/Fire & Ice has to be the one venue in Cairns you must try. It won't disappoint, but please save some for us locals.

We love Coral Hedge's pasta lunch buffet for casual work celebrations. The idea of having your own pasta chef is very alluring, and I always enjoy watching a great chef at work. Outstanding desserts - very tempting! Restaurant Manager Talbot runs a slick and friendly operation.
