Breezes restaurant at the Hilton Hotel is open for breakfast and dinner, serving gourmet Australian cuisine that showcases the best of North Queensland. Breakfast is a buffet featuring tropical fruits, cereals and grains, juices and yogurts, plus hot food items and fresh pastries. In the evening there is an extensive a la carte menu as well as fresh local seafood on ice on the buffet. The licenced restaurant overlooks tropical gardens and has panoramic water and mountain views of Trinity Inlet.
