Peeramon Hotel

I stopped at the peeramon for lunch a few years ago while traveling in the tableland. I can recommend this as a true aussie experiance -- the way it used to be ---unchanged--. I am from maine in the usa.

I spent 3 wonderful days in the Tablelands and ate dinner at the Peeramon Hotel on 2 of those nights because I enjoyed the atmosphere so much! I'm from Georgia in the states and to go to a real Aussie hotel/pub was an experience and this one was REAL! The bartender was a very nice man who recommeded I try my first XXXX beer and while doing that I struck up a conversation with a local lady who hangs out every night at the bar and was quite a hoot! I'd say this is a must see place, at the very least stop in and have a cold on!!!
