Had 3 dishes.
* baby bak choy in garlic - cooked to perfection. Not too salty and crunch. You can taste the freshness of the vegetable.
* sweet and sour fish (can't remember the exact fish name) - tasty. Fish also tasted fresh.
* curry chicken - chicken very tender

I would definately recommend these dishes.

I have been to the Silver Dragon Restaurant when I was in Grade 7 for my Grade 7 Graduation at Parramatta State School and it was good eating all the yummy food
