best hotel in the torres strait more calm then busy thursday island but les then 5 min away with plenty ferry connections available

Thw Wongai, what can i say, wonderful. So much more than i expected from an island pub. From the moment I arrived to the day i left, the service was great. The facitilties were more than addiquate and I enjoyed every moment i was in their care. With the convieience of being on the island with the busiest rural airport in the country, there was no need for hopping on any ferries, a five minute drive to the centre of town and your there.
Well worth a look, thanks very muh for the wonderful experience.
